Delete your QRiscover account and data

You can permanently delete your account from the QRiscover app or request deletion by email if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest method and starts deletion immediately.

  1. 1Open QRiscover and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Open Profile from the bottom navigation.
  3. 3Select Delete account and data.
  4. 4Type DELETE when prompted, then select Delete permanently.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your QRiscover account. Use the subject QRiscover account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Email requests are processed within 30 days.

Data we delete

  • Your Firebase Authentication account and QRiscover sign-in access
  • Your dynamic QR portals and their configuration
  • Portal scan statistics associated with your account
  • QR and portal images uploaded to QRiscover storage
  • Locally stored session, cached portal data, and recent scan history in the app

Data that may be retained

Google Play purchase records and limited RevenueCat billing records may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. These records are handled under the providers' retention policies and are not used to restore your deleted QRiscover content.

QRiscover does not retain your account content in active systems after deletion is completed.
